Shipping policy

As we build our inventory, orders are being processed within 1-2 weeks of being placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. As our inventories begin to develop, processing time is expected to go down and this policy will be updated accordingly. We appreciate your patience with our new family run store.

If you need your order to arrive sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please note that expedited shipping is only available for orders within Hawaii and may not be available in rural areas.

We do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process. Specialty items including bags, and accessories may take longer as inventories are difficult to predict. We appreciate your patience.
